Our patented CAFT (Carding Air-laid Fusion Technology) introduces unparalleled flexibility and capacity in air-laid/carding processing that changes the industry. CAFT facilitates the use of sustainable and renewable resources, creating a broad selection of new products ranging from thin tissue-like textures to lofty structures, and from low to high-density compositions.
Our DALT (Direct-Applied-Liquid-Technology) enables us to treat fibres very efficient in-line, such as fire retarding, alternate hydrophobic or hydrophilic capabilities, anti-microbial agents, dust binding and a variety of coatings are made possible by this technology. Treatment of fibres with DALT secures that the products comply with legal and specified functional requirements.
Resources are drawn from natural fibres, either from a fibre crop or residuals from an agricultural production, or from waste fragments or recycled material. Examples of such materials are hemp, flax, wood, cotton, peat moss, linseed and recycled paper, textile, mineral wool, glass, carpets, tires, seaweed, etc.
We are not a traditional supplier of manufacturing equipment. Our company engages in long-term partnerships with nonwoven manufacturers and provide continuous support on product development and efficient operation of the manufacturing lines.
